Warranty Service Policy
I. Warranty Overview
Thank you for choosing AIRSEEKERS. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. AIRSEEKERS offers a limited warranty for original products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) purchased from officially authorized retailers for personal use and not for resale.
This document outlines the details of AIRSEEKERS' limited warranty service. Please read these terms carefully and ensure your product is registered to enjoy full warranty benefits.
By using AIRSEEKERS products, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy. In the event of any discrepancies due to translation, the English version shall prevail.

IV. Warranty Period
Most major components of AIRSEEKERS products are covered under a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery. Some components may have different warranty terms—please refer to the detailed warranty scope and period table below.
Note: The embedded SIM card includes approximately 2 months of data, valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Service will automatically end when data is exhausted. If the SIM card retains unused data but fails to function, it may have expired. If continued service is required, we recommend recharging or replacing it with a local SIM card.
