Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AIRSEEKERS. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service. This Return & Refund Policy applies only to original AIRSEEKERS products purchased from authorized retailers or directly from AIRSEEKERS online stores.

By using AIRSEEKERS products, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. In case of discrepancies due to translation, the English version shall prevail.

 

I. Warranty and Exchange Policy
  1. This policy applies to original AIRSEEKERS products purchased for personal use, not for resale.
  2. Products purchased through unauthorized channels are not eligible.

 

II. Return Eligibility

Products purchased from AIRSEEKERS official websites (airseekers-robotics.com, us.airseekers-robotics.com, eu.airseekers-robotics.com) are eligible for return if:

Unused/Unopened Products:

  1. Within 30 calendar days from the day after receipt.
  2. Product remains unused, unactivated, in brand-new condition, with original packaging, manuals, accessories, and gifts intact.

Manufacturing Defects:

  1. Within 30 calendar days from the day after receipt.
  2. Product has performance issues not caused by human error.

Unsatisfactory Experience:

  1. Within 14 calendar days from the day after receipt.
  2. Product is functional but does not meet user expectations.

Products purchased offline or from authorized distributors:

Please contact the original sales channel for return arrangements.

 

Return requests will not be accepted if:

  1. Submitted beyond the 14-day or 30-day period.
  2. Proof of purchase is invalid, missing, forged, or altered.
  3. Packaging is incomplete, accessories are missing, or damage is caused by misuse.
  4. AIRSEEKERS inspection reveals no quality issues.
  5. Damage results from: collision, burning, modification, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, or use outside the User Manual.
  6. Labels, serial numbers, or safety marks are tampered with or removed.
  7. Losses are caused by force majeure (fire, flood, lightning, traffic accident, etc.).
  8. Product is not returned within 7 days after AIRSEEKERS confirms a return/exchange.
  9. No valid shipping company damage certificate is provided for transport-related claims.
  10. Other conditions not covered under this policy.

 

III. Return Shipping Costs
  1. If the return is due to product performance failure not caused by human factors, AIRSEEKERS will cover all associated shipping costs.
  2. If the return is initiated due to dissatisfaction with the product or for any personal reason, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. Furthermore, if the product has been activated or used, the customer may be charged additional fees such as handling fees, depreciation fees, and cleaning fees (a minimum of USD $30, subject to the actual condition of the product).
IV. Return Procedure

Contact the AIRSEEKERS Customer Support Team (support@airseekers.ai):

  1. Email us at support@airseekers.ai, providing proof of purchase, product serial number, order number, and other necessary details to verify return eligibility.
  2. Obtain the return address from AIRSEEKERS.
  3. Contact a courier service and return the product as instructed. (For product returns due to performance failure not caused by human factors, AIRSEEKERS will provide a return shipping label.)
  4. Upon receipt of the returned item, AIRSEEKERS technical support will inspect the product. If it meets the return criteria, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Pre-Return Preparations:

  1. Restore the product to factory settings and remove it from your account.
  2. All returns must be made using the original packaging and must include all original accessories. Please follow the packing guide to carefully and securely package the product and its components. Missing accessories may incur charges based on their replacement cost.
V. Refund Timeline

Once AIRSEEKERS receives the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. If the product has been opened or used, additional inspection time may be required, and the refund processing period may extend up to 30 calendar days.

If you have not received the refund after the expected time, please first contact your bank or credit card provider to verify the transaction status.
