- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During high-volume periods, processing and delivery may be delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
- Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and distance from our warehouse.

- We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by carriers, but we will assist you in contacting the carrier and filing a claim.
