· Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.

If the order is canceled within 24 hours, no fees will be charged.

If the order is canceled after 24 hours and before it has been shipped out, please note that a transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

Once the product has been shipped out, we cannot cancel the order.



· Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns, and customers have the right to request a return within 30 calendar days of product delivery.



· Return Conditions

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unactivated, and in the same new condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all components.

*Please note that a transaction fee will be charged if you apply for a refund.


· Return Process:

Our customer service team will determine the eligibility of your order for a return. After confirming that your order is eligible, you will receive instructions on how to properly package the products and return them to us. Please verify the return address before sending the items back and ensure that all components are included in the package.



· Shipping Fees:

If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fees. The specific fee should be determined based on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer is not required to cover the shipping fee for this reason.



· Refunds (if applicable)

Once you have provided us with the shipping information and our warehouse has received the product that you returned, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification when your refund is issued. If you haven't received the refund after 5 business days, please reach out to us at sales@airseekers.ai.



· Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please begin by getting in touch with us. You can reach our after-sales team at sales@airseekers.ai. We will reply to you as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours during the week. Our working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, in China time. Additionally, you can also check with your bank and credit card company, as there is usually some processing time involved before a refund appears.
