FAQ

1. The charging station is obstructed by obstacles when the robotic lawnmower attempts to return.

- Solution: Remove the obstacles.

2. When the robotic lawnmower is equipped with the grass pressing module (operating in the grass pressing task mode), it cannot autonomously return to the charging station after the task.

- Solution: Manually detach the grass pressing module and press the charging button (or press the "Return to Charge" button in the app). The device will automatically return to the charging station.

3. When the charging station is moved outside the mapped area.

- Solution: Move the charging station back to its original position during mapping or recreate the map.

The RTK base station, used for receiving satellite signals, should be installed outdoors in an open area without buildings or trees above the antenna. Ensure a distance of at least 2 meters (6.6 feet) between the antenna and surrounding obstacles. Confirm good satellite signal reception and secure the antenna extension cable.

In an open and unobstructed environment, the wireless communication distance between the charging station and the robotic lawnmower can reach up to 300 meters (984 feet). The actual operational range of the robotic lawnmower will be influenced by surrounding obstacles like buildings.
